Frequently Asked Questions

How do marketplace fees work?

Marketplace fees are automatically deducted from each sale based on your tier (7% for Free, 4% for Pro, 2% for Ultimate). For example, if you sell a $100 product on the Pro tier, you keep $96 before Stripe processing fees. Stripe fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) are deducted separately by Stripe.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel?

You can downgrade or cancel anytime. Your tier benefits continue until the end of your billing period. If you downgrade, you'll lose access to premium features (AI mockups BETA, featured carousel, extra email capacity) but keep all your existing products and analytics.

What are AI mockups? BETA

AI mockups automatically generate photorealistic product previews (t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.) using AI. Instead of manually creating mockups in Photoshop, our AI generates professional-quality images in seconds. Pro tier includes 200/month, Ultimate includes unlimited. Note: This feature is currently in beta testing and may have limited availability.

When should I upgrade?

Pro ($49/mo): Upgrade when you're making $1,650+/month in sales (3% fee savings pays for subscription)
Ultimate ($99/mo): Upgrade when you're making $1,980+/month in sales (5% fee savings pays for subscription)

How does the featured carousel work?
