Sola is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and professional marketplace. This policy outlines content that is strictly prohibited from being listed, sold, or distributed on our platform. Violations may result in immediate product removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

1. Adult & Sexual Content

The following are not permitted:

• Adult toys, devices, or paraphernalia
• Content depicting or promoting sexual services

2. Illegal Activities & Substances

Products that facilitate or promote illegal activities:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Drug paraphernalia or related accessories
• Instructions for creating illegal substances or weapons
• Products that promote tax evasion or fraud
• Fake IDs, diplomas, or official documents
• Academic cheating tools or essay mills
• Lockpicking tools marketed for illegal use

3. Weapons & Violence

The following are not allowed:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• 3D printing files for weapons or weapon components
• Instructions for creating weapons or explosives
• Content glorifying or promoting violence
• Self-harm or suicide-related content

4. Malicious Software & Hacking Tools

Security and malware-related prohibitions:

• Malware, viruses, trojans, or ransomware
• Keyloggers or spyware
• DDoS or network attack tools
• Hacking tools marketed for malicious purposes
• Exploits or vulnerability kits
• Bot networks or spam tools
• Cracking software or license key generators

5. Stolen or Pirated Content

Intellectual property violations:

• Pirated software, games, movies, music, or books
• Cracked or illegally obtained software
• Stolen digital assets or content
• Copyrighted material without proper licensing
• Trademarked logos or brand assets without authorization
• Counterfeits or knock-offs of premium products

6. Hate Speech & Discrimination

Content promoting hatred or discrimination:

• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Content promoting white supremacy, Nazism, or other hate groups
• Content inciting violence against individuals or groups
• Discriminatory or harassing content

7. Personal Data & Privacy Violations

Products involving personal information:

• Databases of personal information (emails, phone numbers, addresses)
• Scraped or harvested user data
• Doxxing tools or services
• Spam lists or mass email tools
• Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or financial data
• Medical records or protected health information

8. Misleading & Fraudulent Products

Deceptive or fraudulent offerings:

• Get-rich-quick schemes or pyramid schemes
• Fake reviews, testimonials, or social proof services
• False advertising or misleading product descriptions
• Cryptocurrency scams or rug pulls
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) recruitment materials
• Products with provably false claims (miracle cures, impossible results)

9. Gambling & Financial Services

Heavily regulated products requiring compliance:

• Online gambling platforms or betting systems
• Lottery or sweepstakes software
• Unlicensed financial advice or investment services
• Cryptocurrency trading bots (without proper disclosures)
• Forex or binary options trading systems

10. Political Campaign Materials

Political advertising and campaign materials require compliance with federal election laws (FEC regulations). Due to complex disclosure requirements, these are generally prohibited unless proper compliance can be demonstrated.

11. Medical & Health Products

Health-related restrictions:

• Prescription drugs or medications
• Unapproved medical devices or treatments
• Miracle cures or unproven medical claims
• Products claiming to cure serious diseases (cancer, diabetes, etc.)

12. Tobacco & Alcohol

Products related to tobacco, vaping, alcohol, or cannabis are restricted due to age verification and regulatory requirements.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately using the "Flag Product" feature on the product page, or contact us at support@thesolamarketplace.com.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 48 hours. We take violations seriously and will take appropriate action, including product removal and account suspension.

Enforcement

Sola reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts for severe violations (illegal content, malware, child exploitation, etc.) without prior warning.
