1. Navigate to the Freebies page from the main menu
2. Browse all available free products
3. Filter by category, theme, or creator
4. Click on any freebie to view details

Reserve-Exclusive Freebies

1. Subscribe to Sola Reserve
2. Visit the Vault (Reserve section)
3. See all Reserve-exclusive freebies
4. Look for the purple "Reserve" badge on products

How to Claim a Freebie

Public Freebies

1. Find a freebie you want on the Freebies page
2. Click the "Claim Freebie" button
3. Enter your email address (if not logged in)
4. Optional: Follow the creator to support them
5. Claim is instant - files are immediately available!
6. Go to Downloads to access your files

Reserve Freebies

1. Ensure you have an active Reserve subscription
2. Browse Reserve-exclusive freebies in the Vault
3. Click "Claim Reserve Freebie"
4. Automatic access - no email required (you're logged in)
5. Download immediately from your Downloads page

• Creator adds you to their subscriber list

Following Creators When Claiming

When claiming a freebie, you often have the option to follow the creator:

• Optional step: You don't have to follow to claim
• Support creators: Following shows appreciation for free products
• Get notifications: In-app alerts when they post new products
• No spam: In-app notifications only, separate from email

Accessing Your Claimed Freebies

After claiming a freebie:

1. Go to Profile → Downloads
2. Find your claimed freebie (shows as $0.00)
3. Click "Download" for each file
4. Download your license certificate
5. Re-download anytime, forever!

Troubleshooting

Can't Claim a Reserve Freebie

• Verify your Reserve subscription is active
• Check if the freebie has expired
• Log out and log back in
• Contact support if the issue persists

Claimed Freebie Not in Downloads

• Refresh your Downloads page
• Check the email you used to claim
• Ensure you're logged into the correct account
• Wait a few minutes and try again

Time-Limited Freebie Expired

If you didn't claim it before expiry, it's no longer free. However, if you already claimed it, you still have lifetime access even after the promotion ended!
