How to Download Your Files

Step 1: Access Your Downloads

1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner
2. Select "Downloads" from the dropdown menu
3. You'll see all your purchases and freebies

Step 2: Find Your Product

Each order displays:

• Product name and description
• License type you purchased
• Purchase date and price
• Download buttons for each file

Step 3: Download Files

1. Click the "Download [filename]" button
2. The file will begin downloading immediately
3. Check your browser's Downloads folder
4. Repeat for each file in the product

License Certificate

Along with your files, you'll also get a license certificate PDF that includes:

• Product name and creator
• Your license type and terms
• Purchase date and unique order ID
• What you're allowed to do with the files

Keep this certificate as proof of your license if you ever need it for commercial projects.

File Types You Might Receive

• Images: PNG, JPG, SVG files
• Documents: PDF files
• Archives: ZIP or RAR files (extract these first)
• Design files: May require specific software to open

Troubleshooting

Download button doesn't work

• Check your internet connection
• Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
• Disable browser extensions that might block downloads
• Clear your browser cache and try again

File won't open

• Make sure you have the right software installed
• Check if the file is corrupted (try re-downloading)
• Contact the creator for help with specialized files

Downloaded file is missing

• Check your Downloads folder
• Look in your browser's download history
• Try downloading again (it's free to re-download!)
