Finding Your Orders & Downloads

Learn how to access your purchased products and download your files.

Accessing Your Orders

All your purchased products and freebies are stored in one convenient location:

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of any page
Select "Downloads" from the dropdown menu
You'll see a complete list of all your orders

💡 Pro Tip: You can also go directly to /order.html in your browser

What You'll See

Your downloads page shows:

Product name - What you purchased
License type - Personal Use, Commercial, etc.
Price paid - Including tax breakdown
Purchase date - When you bought it
Download buttons - Get your files instantly

Downloading Your Files

To download your purchased files:

Find the product in your Downloads list
Click the "Download" button next to each file
The file will download to your device immediately
A license certificate PDF will also be generated

✅ Lifetime Access: You can download your files as many times as you want, forever!

For Freebies

Claimed freebies work the same way, but you can also:

View all freebies in "My Claimed Freebies" section on the Freebies page
Access them from your Downloads page (they'll show as $0.00)

Troubleshooting

I can't find my order

Make sure you're logged into the same account you used to purchase
Check if the payment completed successfully (check your email for confirmation)
For freebies, ensure you completed the claim process

Download link isn't working

Try refreshing the page
Check your browser's download settings
Try a different browser
Contact the creator if the file appears to be missing
